1. Personal Data We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address and profile picture provided when you register or sign in with a third-party account (e.g. Google)
• Booking and order data: name, phone number, email, shipping address, appointment time slots and order contents you provide when booking a perfume-making experience or purchasing products
• Payment data: payments are processed by ECPay Co., Ltd. We do not store your credit card number or security code; we only keep transaction identifiers and payment status for reconciliation
• Service usage data: perfume formulas you create on the Website, AI perfume-consultant conversations, and event participation records
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, and visit sources (such as campaign parameters), used for service operation, security and traffic analysis

2. Google User Data

When you choose to sign in with your Google account, we obtain only your name, email address and profile picture from Google, solely to create and identify your member account, provide the sign-in service and contact you. We do not use such data for advertising, do not sell it to any third party, and do not use it for any purpose other than those stated above.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Purposes of Use

• Providing member services, perfume-making appointments, product ordering, shipping and after-sales service
• Sending notifications related to your bookings or orders (confirmations, reminders, status changes, etc.)
• Sending marketing messages with your consent (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Improving service quality, statistical analysis and security (e.g. abuse and fraud prevention)
• Complying with legal obligations (e.g. taxation, consumer dispute handling)

4. Processors and Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we use the following third-party services bound by data-protection agreements or their own privacy policies:

• ECPay: payment processing
• Google: account sign-in, calendar (store appointment scheduling), traffic analytics
• Amazon Web Services: email delivery and file storage
• Supabase / Vercel: database and website hosting

Except for the above processing, legal requirements, or with your consent, we do not disclose your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your membership and thereafter for the period required by law (e.g. transaction records under tax regulations). After such period expires or the purpose of collection no longer exists, we will delete the data or process it so that individuals can no longer be identified.

6. Cookies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your shopping cart and compile traffic statistics. You may refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features (such as the shopping cart and member sign-in) may not function properly as a result.

7. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Inquire about, review, or request a copy of your data
• Request supplementation or correction
• Request cessation of collection, processing or use
• Request deletion (including data linked to your Google account)

8. Data Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access control and contractual management of processors — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

We may revise this Policy from time to time due to legal or service changes. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you via website announcement or email.
