1. Accounts and Membership

• You may register with an email address or a Google account; please ensure the information you provide is true and accurate, and keep your account secure
• Your account is for your personal use only; you are responsible for any damage arising from improper safekeeping of your account
• The Company may suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these Terms or applicable laws

2. Purchases and Perfume-Making Appointments

• Product prices, specifications and availability are as displayed on the Website at the time of ordering; the Company reserves the right to accept or decline orders
• Payments are processed through ECPay; you will be notified by email once a transaction is completed
• To reschedule or cancel a perfume-making appointment, please use the link in your notification email or contact the store
• Returns, exchanges and consumer disputes are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan and the return policy published on the Website; customized perfume products may, by law, be excluded from the seven-day cooling-off period — please confirm before ordering

3. Member-Created Content

• You retain the copyright in the perfume formulas, names and descriptions you create on the Website; you grant the Company a license to use such content to the extent necessary for operating the services (e.g. display in the marketplace, production visuals)
• Formulas you publish publicly may be viewed by other users, who may order finished products based on them through the Website
• You may not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates laws or public order and good morals

4. Intellectual Property

The Website's trademarks, text, images, interface design, fragrance database and software (excluding member-created content) belong to the Company or its licensors, and may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without written consent.

5. AI Features

The AI perfume consultant provided on the Website is advisory in nature; actual scent perception varies from person to person. AI-generated content does not constitute medical, health or other professional advice.

6. Disclaimers

• The Company does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for service interruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters or force majeure
• Keep fragrance products out of reach of children and away from eyes and wounds; discontinue use and seek medical attention in case of an allergic reaction

7. Amendments and Governing Law

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time and will publish revisions on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); for any dispute arising from these Terms, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
